Terms and Conditions

Please take a couple of moments to read through our terms and conditions policy:

  1. The Cancellation Policy is as follows: If notice of cancellation is not received 12 hours before the event taking place, full charge is payable. Cancellation 48 hours prior to the event 50% is payable. This excludes hire of single inflatable units.
  2. Free Wet Weather Insurance applies to Domestic hire only and means: You have the right to cancel a booking for an inflatable prior to its delivery. Payment is due on delivery, no monies are refundable once payment has been made.
  3. All bookings must be confirmed with a signed booking form which is required 7 days prior to the party/ service or product, with a deposit cheque to secure the booking.
  4. Deposit cheques are non refundable.
  5. Full payment is due at the beginning of every party or on delivery of product, cheques are only accpeted if they are received 10 days prior to the event / hire to all ow for funds to clear. Cheques to be made payable to Wildchilds Ltd.
  6. Charges do apply for postage of items, charges are based on 1st class postage and a packing charge of £5.00, there are no minimum order quantities.
  7. Free local delivery only. For delivery further than 10 mile radius of Darlington a further charge for staff will apply. Please ask for a quote.
  8. For parties final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the party, these will be the final numbers charged for on the day of the party, please note, minimum charges do apply.
  9. Wildchilds reserve the right to refuse or withdraw for any party or hire should health and safety issues arise.
  10. Wildchilds will not be held responsible for any injury to persons or damage to equipment supplied by us in the event of the client's misuse of Wildchilds property.
  11. A replacement charge will be made for any property damaged as a result of hire.
  12. Whilst Wildchilds take every care to ensure non-toxic and hypo-allergenic products are used. Wildchilds cannot be held responsible for any mishaps to clothing, furniture, carpets or for any reaction to skin.
